I have been working in IT since 1995. I got my start working for a local Radio Shack doing PC repair and building custom desktops. That experience helped me land a job working for a large telemarketing firm in Athens, Georgia maintaining over 400 desktops and 15 servers. When that firm switched to a large VoIP system in 2002, I gained a lot of knowledge about networking and VoIP technology. In 2011 I started working for Bradley Electronics doing IT work for several small businesses in Winder, Georgia, and the surrounding counties. Clients would often ask if we offered phone systems, and at the time we did not. In 2015 I decided to look into small business VoIP systems and discovered Grandstream PBXs and IP phones. I earned my Grandstream reseller and installer certifications in 2016 and decided to start my own company to focus on VoIP phone solutions and VoIP service. Since then, I have installed over 25 VoIP systems. VoIP technology allows me to offer low cost VoIP phone service to my clients, along with cutting edge VoIP phone systems that can be tailored to meet their specific needs.
